RiderRoster is the data controller for the information you give us when you create an account, build a profile, upload documents, post shifts or apply for work.
Name, email, phone, postcode and business details; rider profile details such as vehicle, rate, service areas and availability; verification documents; shift, application and review activity.
To match riders with shifts, to verify riders, to let matched parties contact each other after a booking, to prevent abuse, and to operate and improve the service.
Published rider profiles are visible to restaurants and visitors. Phone numbers and addresses are only revealed once a shift is booked. Verification documents are stored privately and seen only by our verification team.
We keep account data while your account is active, and verification documents for as long as needed to evidence a check. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your data, and object to certain processing. Signed-in users can download a copy of their data or request deletion from Privacy & data in their dashboard, or contact us.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, and optional analytics cookies you can decline in the cookie banner. We do not sell your data.
