RiderRoster is a marketplace that introduces independent UK restaurants and takeaways to self-employed delivery riders. We do not employ riders and we are not a party to the working arrangement agreed between a restaurant and a rider.
You must give accurate business or personal details, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, post misleading shifts, or fail verification.
A shift becomes a booking when a restaurant accepts a rider or a rider accepts an invite. Both sides commit to the agreed date, time and rate. Cancellations and releases are recorded and may affect your standing on the platform.
Verified status means we have reviewed the documents a rider uploaded at the time of checking. Restaurants remain responsible for their own right-to-work and insurance obligations.
Payment for completed shifts is settled directly between the restaurant and the rider. RiderRoster does not process shift payments.
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from a shift, a no-show, or the conduct of any user.
